We just read of a blogger who is in Kerala. He mentioned though that the houseboats cater to larger number of people and had not done it so far.

Thanks for your comment! There are lots of houseboat Operators and the tour can range from few hours to entire day with overnight stay. I think minimum number of people is 2 !
